Sea Shipping
What's the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (Full Container Load) means you use an entire container exclusively, ideal for large cargo with higher safety, priced per container. LCL (Less than Container Load) shares container space with other shippers, ideal for small cargo, priced by volume/weight, lower cost but slightly slower.

Air freight is suitable for cargo over 45kg, priced per kg, requires you to arrange customs clearance and delivery, takes 3-7 days. Express is for smaller packages, door-to-door service including clearance and delivery, faster (3-5 days) but higher unit price.
Customs Clearance
What documents are needed for customs clearance?
Basic documents include: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/waybill, certificate of origin. Special products may need: inspection certificate, license, FDA/FCC/CE certification, MSDS, etc. Requirements vary by destination country and product type.
How are customs duties calculated?
Customs duty = declared cargo value × duty rate. Rates are determined by HS code and vary by country and product. Our duty-inclusive channels already include customs duties, no extra payment needed.
