Air freight is charged on chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight vs. volumetric weight, where volumetric weight = L×W×H (cm) ÷ 6000.

Q: How is chargeable weight calculated?
A: Volumetric weight = L×W×H (cm) ÷ 6000, and chargeable weight is the greater of actual vs. volumetric weight. For example, 1 CBM equals roughly 167kg volumetric — cargo actually weighing 80kg bills at 167kg.
Q: What is the minimum weight?
A: 45kg. Below that, international courier services are usually faster and more cost-effective.
Q: Can I ship batteries or liquids?
A: Built-in lithium batteries (phones, laptops) require an air transport appraisal report and airline-compliant packaging. Pure batteries, liquids and strongly magnetic cargo have dedicated requirements — confirm with us first; dangerous goods must use our DG air freight channel.
Q: Do you deliver to the consignee's door?
A: Yes. Airport-to-airport, door-to-airport and door-to-door (DDU/DDP) are all available. With DDP we prepay duties and handle delivery, so your consignee never deals with customs paperwork.
Q: How do I track my cargo?
A: You receive the MAWB number after departure for milestone tracking. Door-to-door shipments include last-mile tracking, and we proactively alert you with solutions if anything unusual happens.
Q: What documents does export customs require?
A: A packing list and a commercial invoice. Factories and sellers without an export license can declare under our entity — just provide cargo details and the packing list.
