FBA Transfer

Amazon FBA warehouse transfer, overseas warehouse consolidation and removal order processing to help sellers rebalance inventory and cut storage costs

FBA Transfer

Service Overview

FBA transfer (also called FBA warehouse transfer or inventory rebalancing) moves stock between Amazon fulfillment centers or from an overseas warehouse back into FBA. When one region runs out of stock while another sits on excess inventory, De Zong Logistics handles pickup, reprocessing, and re-inbound so your products stay close to your buyers.

Why sellers use FBA transfer

Amazon allocates inventory across fulfillment centers, which often leaves sellers with imbalanced stock: best-selling regions go out of stock while slower regions pile up long-term storage fees. Instead of managing complicated self-transfer shipments, let a team that knows Amazon's inbound rules handle it:

  • Rebalance inventory so products sit closer to your buyers for faster delivery
  • Consolidate stock into high-traffic fulfillment centers ahead of peak season
  • Reprocess removal orders — relabel and repack returned or removed inventory for re-inbound
  • Move slow-moving stock to an overseas warehouse to cut long-term storage fees, then replenish FBA as needed

How we operate

We work with overseas warehouse networks and local trucking partners in the US and Europe, and stay current with each fulfillment center's appointment and inbound requirements (PO appointments, carton labeling, box content rules). Your goods can be sorted, relabeled, repacked, or consolidated at our transit warehouse before dispatch to the destination FBA center by truck or parcel.

Who it's for

  • Mid-to-large sellers running multi-warehouse inventory who rebalance stock regularly
  • Sellers consolidating inventory before Q4 or Prime Day
  • Sellers processing removal orders or returns that need relabeling before re-inbound
  • Sellers combining overseas-warehouse dropshipping with FBA who need flexible transfers between the two

Trunk-line replenishment from China into overseas warehouses or FCs can be handled by our FBA head haul service.

Operations hub in Shenzhen, China, with partner overseas warehouses and trucking companies in the US and Europe — supporting both direct warehouse-to-warehouse transfer and overseas-warehouse consolidation.

Typical transit times:

  • US domestic warehouse-to-warehouse transfer: 3-7 days
  • Europe domestic transfer: 5-10 days

FAQ

Q: Can I mix different SKUs in one transfer?

A: Yes. A single transfer can include multiple SKUs — we pack and label each carton to Amazon's inbound requirements so the destination center accepts the shipment smoothly.

Q: Do you handle removal orders?

A: Yes. We can receive your removal-order inventory, complete QC, relabeling, and repacking, then send it back into FBA to recover as much value as possible.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend 3-5 business days in advance; during peak season (especially Q4), 1-2 weeks ahead to secure warehouse slots and truck appointments.

Q: What information do you need?

A: Destination warehouse address or code, shipment details, SKU list, and carton count. We can also help you create the shipment plan in Seller Central if needed.

Q: How is it priced?

A: Based on weight/volume, distance, and value-added services. Share your SKU list and warehouse details and we will send a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Q: Which countries do you cover?

A: Major FBA networks in the US, Europe (UK/DE/FR/IT/ES), and Japan.
