Full Container Load (FCL)
FCL ocean freight from Shenzhen's Yantian, Shekou & Chiwan terminals: direct weekly sailings with Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM & COSCO — 18-25 days to the US West Coast, 25-35 days to Europe, under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Service Overview
Full Container Load (FCL) reserves an entire container for a single shipment — the standard mode for export cargo that fills one box or more. Operating out of Shenzhen's Yantian, Shekou and Chiwan terminals, De Zong Logistics works closely with Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM and COSCO Shipping for dependable space and stable rates, and manages the full cycle from trucking and export customs through to destination delivery.
When FCL is the right call
- Your cargo fills a container — roughly 28 CBM for 20ft, 68 CBM for a 40ft high cube
- Goods that must not share a container with other shippers' cargo
- B2B orders of machinery, furniture or building materials moving in bulk
- Factory-direct restocking to overseas warehouses or customer DCs
Because the container is sealed at loading and stays sealed until destination, FCL carries the lowest damage and shortage risk of any mode, and unit cost falls as volume grows. Ocean rates run far below air freight, making FCL the most economical channel for large shipments. We handle FOB, CIF, EXW and DDU/DDP terms; over-height, over-width, refrigerated and liquid cargo is covered by our special container service.

FAQ
Q: FCL or LCL — how do I choose?
A: Rule of thumb: above 10-15 CBM, fill a container; under half a box, take LCL. FCL has lower unit cost, stays sealed door to door, and gives better control of both transit time and cargo condition.
Q: 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ?
A: By volume: 20GP holds ~28 CBM and suits dense, heavy cargo; 40GP ~58 CBM; 40HQ ~68 CBM and suits light, bulky goods. Heavy cargo in short boxes, voluminous cargo in tall ones.
Q: When are space and rates confirmed?
A: Rates float with the market, but a quoted rate typically holds until customs cutoff. In peak season, book 7-14 days ahead — earlier booking means steadier pricing.
Q: Do you handle DDP?
A: Yes. We clear imports at destination and deliver to the door, prepaying duties under DDP so your consignee never touches customs paperwork.
Q: What if my factory has no export license?
A: We can declare under our own entity — just provide the packing list, invoice and cargo details, and the shipment exports normally.
Q: How soon can the container be picked up after arrival?
A: Discharge and release usually take 1-3 working days after berthing; once clearance is done the box can be collected. Port congestion can extend this.
