FBA Shipping Process
- Create Shipping Plan: Create plan in Amazon backend, select destination warehouse, shipping address and products
- Print Labels: System generates FNSKU and box labels, print as required
- Prepare Goods: Label and pack according to Amazon inbound requirements
- Choose Shipping Method: Self-ship or use Amazon partnered carrier
- Track Shipment: Monitor status in backend, handle exceptions promptly
Label Requirements
- FNSKU Label: Each product must have clear FNSKU label
- Box Label: Each box needs Amazon-generated label on exterior
- Warning Labels: Fragile, heavy items need appropriate warning labels
- Label Position: On flat surface, not covering product info
Packaging Requirements
Amazon has strict packaging requirements:
- Single item max 50 lbs (22.7kg)
- Box max 63cm on any side
- Sturdy boxes able to withstand shipping
- No damaged or odorous packaging
- Transparent packaging needs "Do not open" label
